The thin sheet cut to length line is a kind of thin coil cut to length system, used to cut cold-rolled steel, coil plates, stainless steels, galvanized steel plate color, etc into length-gauged plates. Moreover, any specification can be cut via uncoil level and cut to length.
This thin coil cut to length comprised of hydraulic coil-loading car, hydraulic single-spindle uncoil-er, hydraulic coil-head-feeding and coil-press device, coil-end straightener, double-roller pinch feeder, central aligner,
main leveler, encoding table, shearing machine, roll table conveyor, piling-up racket, lifting table and collecting table, hole accumulator, tension-er, recoil-er, coil-discharging car, hydraulic system, electric control system. This metal coil recoiling, leveling and cut-to-length line is divided in to three kinds because of different strip thickness and strip width, including thin sheet cut to length line, middle thick coil cut to length and thick sheet cut to length line.
Middle thick plate cut-to-length line can meet customer’s request of max line speed 40m/min by uncoiling & leveling a coil strip, and then shearing the leveled flat strip to certain length of sheets. This coil CTL line is especially suitable for CR, HR carbon steel coils, GI, PPGI steel plates.
The plate cut-to-length line (coil CTL line) has one leveling machine driven by DC or AC motor, and the length-fixing is by encoder, shearing style is stop-shear.
The plate cut-to-length line (coil CTL line) is composed of :
coil loading car, Double-mandrel decoiler, coil-head guide, press & shoveling equipment, pinch-feeding, transmit table, side guide, Leveling machine, Final sheet sending out equipment, length-fixing encoder, Hydraulic shearing machine, delivery roll table, pneumatically piling-up bed, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.
Thick plate cut-to-length line can meet customer’s request of max line speed 20m/min by uncoiling and leveling a coil strip, and then shearing the leveled flat strip to certain length of sheets.
The cut-to-length line (plate CTL Machine) has one pre-leveling machine and one fine leveling machine driven by DC or AC motors, and the length-fixing is by encoder, shearing style is stop-shear.
The plate cut-to-length line (coil CTL line) is composed of :
coil loading car, Double-mandrel decoiler, Portal-style coil-head guide, press & shoveling equipment, pinch-feeding & pre-leveling, transmit table,(side guide, edge trimmer, edge scrap winder, transmit table), side guide, Main Leveling machine, Final sheet sending out equipment, length-fixing encoder, Hydraulic shearing machine, delivery roll table & plates-sending-out equipment, pneumatically piling-up table, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.
We designs rolls on CAD stations with preferably edge and ‘W’ formation considering strain factors.
The profiles are generated by special software (COPRA) and strip strain analysis is done to avoid any overloading at any stage during forming.
Optimum strip width is calculated through the software to increase material yielding strip processing line and to improve weld quality of tube.
